Who is responsible

What data the website collects
When you use the Contact form, it sends the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you provide. It also includes the language, an approved page path, and a technical submission identifier used to confirm delivery and support retries.
When you use the Download request form, it sends the name, email address, and description of how you plan to use Arkonkt that you provide. It also includes the language, an approved page path, and a technical submission identifier.
If you have allowed Analytics, optional campaign context made only from validated campaign values may also be included with form delivery. Neither form sends the full page URL, query string, fragment, or browser user agent.
The website also receives normal technical request information needed to load pages and protect the service.
How form submissions are handled
Contact and Download requests are submitted through n8n and stored in Google Sheets so ARKARA can review and respond to requests.
Forms use a technical submission identifier to recognise retries and reduce duplicate processing. The identifier supports duplicate checking for 30 days. It is cleared during the next scheduled retention operation after that period. Other form information follows the separate form-retention period described below.
Form delivery is separate from optional Analytics. The forms work when Analytics is rejected or unavailable, and form contents and technical submission identifiers are not included in Analytics events.
Optional Analytics
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are off by default and load only after you make a valid Analytics choice that your browser can store. The choice is stored locally for up to 180 days.
When Analytics is allowed, ARKARA sends approved page and interaction data. Names, email addresses, form contents, submission identifiers, full URLs, query strings, fragments, and browser user agents are excluded from Analytics events.
When Analytics is enabled, the browser connects to Google. Google processes technical connection and device information needed to provide Analytics. This includes the IP address used for the connection and information such as approximate location, browser, device type, operating system, and language.
You can change your Analytics choice at any time. When Analytics is switched off, the website stops its Analytics event flow and normally reloads to clear the active page state. If the browser cannot save the choice, the page remains open and displays a notice that the choice may apply only to the current page or session. Contact and Download remain available without Analytics.
The website has no Marketing consent category. Advertising and personalization consent remain denied. Google Signals, advertising-personalization signals, and Google user-provided data collection are disabled.
Why the data is used
ARKARA uses website form data to respond to requests, handle service and product inquiries, review Arkonkt download access requests, protect forms from misuse, and keep practical business records.
Legal bases
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Depending on the situation, processing may be based on legitimate interest, steps before entering a contract, or legal obligation where applicable.
Optional Analytics is used only after you choose to allow it. You may withdraw that choice through the website's Analytics controls.
Retention
Other Contact and Download form information has a target retention period of 12 months. Some information may be kept longer if required for legal, dispute, accounting, or security reasons.
Hosting and providers
The public website is hosted in Europe. Form submissions are handled through n8n and stored in Google Sheets. When optional Analytics is allowed, Google Analytics may process minimized website event data. These providers may process data as part of their respective website, request, or Analytics services.
Your rights
Depending on the situation and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is used.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
Website data and Arkonkt app data
This policy covers the ARKARA public website and website forms. It does not cover Arkonkt app, workspace, backend, customer portal, jobs portal, bookings portal, updater, or in-app data handling.
Arkonkt app privacy information and EULA terms will be provided separately where applicable.
