What data the website collects
When you use the Contact form, the submitted payload includes name, email, message, inquiry type, language, page URL, and user agent.
When you use the Download request form, the submitted payload includes name, email, use case/message, inquiry type for the Arkonkt download request, language, page URL, and user agent.
The website also receives normal technical request information needed to load pages and protect the service.
How form submissions are handled
Contact and Download requests are submitted through a public n8n webhook configured with PUBLIC_CONTACT_WEBHOOK_URL. Submissions are stored in Google Sheets so ARKARA can review and respond to requests.
The page URL, language, and user agent may be included to understand context, troubleshoot delivery, and support spam or security review.

We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Depending on the situation, processing may be based on legitimate interest, steps before entering a contract, or legal obligation where applicable.
Where consent is used for a future feature, you may withdraw that consent as described at the point where consent is requested.
Retention
The target retention period for Contact and Download request submissions is 12 months. Some information may be kept longer if required for legal, dispute, accounting, or security reasons.

The public website is hosted with Hostinger on a server in Germany. Form submissions are handled through n8n and stored in Google Sheets. These providers may process data as part of delivering the website and request workflow.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is used.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
