This page explains how account and data deletion works for Arkonkt. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app
If you have the Arkonkt mobile app installed, you can delete your account directly:
- Open the Arkonkt app and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then the Account section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm the deletion.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the Arkonkt app installed, use the contact form linked below when it is configured. Tell us the email address associated with your Arkonkt account so we can verify the request.
If the form says it is not configured yet, this website cannot receive deletion requests until ARKARA configures the form or publishes an approved deletion email.
We process verified deletion requests as a permanent (hard) deletion.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your Arkonkt profile, sign-in identity, active sessions, and any connected Google provider access (revoked and deleted).
It also deletes your pure personal account data, including non-approved personal time-report drafts, notifications and invitations addressed to you, and private items that are provably yours alone.
What is kept in anonymized form
Where a workspace needs them for its history, some approved business, time, and financial records are kept — for example approved time reports and approved actuals, project, resource, and cost calculation history, expenses and invoices, and the capacity figures used for historical utilization.
These records are anonymized where covered: your name and email are removed and you appear as "Deleted user". They are not kept linked to your account.
Shared or collaborative workspace content you contributed is kept and anonymized in the same way.
Workspaces you own
If you own one or more workspaces, transfer ownership to another member or delete those workspaces in the Arkonkt desktop app before deleting your account.
Deleting an owned workspace permanently deletes its data, including Tasks, ToDos, Epics, notes, files, AI data, and bookings. Workspaces where you are only a member are not deleted when you delete your account.
Timing
In-app deletion takes effect immediately once confirmed. Deletion requests made through the contact form are completed after we verify the request.
